Test and measure.... Speaking of new projects - d Test and measure....

Speaking of new projects - do you test and measure your new projects before investing in them? ๐Ÿ’ก

Here's a couple of quick tips from me -

1. Don't think you are your customer. You are not. Always ask your customers, or potential customers for feedback about your new idea. Don't assume it will work because we all know what happens when you assume - u make an ass out of me!!

2. Put your toes in lightly before committing funds and time to a new project. What you can invest as the minimum amount to trial something to see if there is a market for it before you commit.

3. When things have traction, and sales are solid, then invest the time and
infrastructure to make this project a permanent thing. Until then, tread lightly!

1. They work on their mindset - they make sure they are 100% present and dedicated to getting work done every day. They remain positive and focussed, even when things are distracting.

2. They know what their best talents are and they outsource the rest.

3. They know when to release control and trust others. If you are staying in "control" of all facets of your business, you will never truly succeed.

4. They master their systems. They automate their business, streamline their systems, delegate to others. When a client enquiry comes in, it's handled in a methodical automated way, without their intervention. If you don't have a solid system, you can never grow and scale your income.

In fact, you love what you do? I have always had a barometer for how much I love what I do. I remember a job I once held, extremely high paying, in the city in a corporate role, and I Hated. Every. Single. Minute. I squirmed and sweated, and avoided and the truth was I HATED it.
